First principles of computer science: principles of information theory, number systems, coding and representing information. Hardware: cpu, bus, gates, memories. Software: operating systems (Windows), main operations, application software. Writing: main features of MS Word: tables and drawings, print. Advanced features: indexes, dictionaries. Spreadsheets: main features of MS Excel: handles, formulae, formatting, data protection, graphs, print. Main features of Autocad.
