Thesis’s title: "Study and design of the" MECORI "winery located on the slopes of Etna". Final mark: 110/110 cum laude.

October 2019-March 2020: Visiting scholar within the Erasmus Mobility for Study (KA 1) program at Universidad de la Rioja (Spain).

July 2019: Summer School focused on research topics in viticulture, oenology and marketing related to Sangiovese cultivar at Fondazione Banfi, Montalcino (SI) (Italy)
